Patient Notice

Unfortunately due to staffing levels we have had to close our branch site - Trafalgar House Medical Centre from the 30th March due to COVID-19.

We do hope this is only temporary and things will be back up and running as quick as we can.

Repeat prescriptions can still be dropped off in the metal box at Trafalgar House. These will be dealt with on a daily basis. Your prescription will be sent electronically to your designated pharmacy. If you have not signed up yet with your pharmacy for your electronic prescriptions – please do so. If you require a sick note (GP Fit Note/ Med Cert 3) from a GP for an existing health condition to submit to your employer to receive sick pay, please specifically check with your employer that this is still required because some employers have waived this requirement due to the pressure on GPs at this time.
