Enhanced Access
Enhanced hours are provided on a rota basis and could be offered on Evening's and weekend's are available at this GP practice or at an NHS service nearby. Please speak with reception
Reception Hours
Staff are available at the following times and will receive incoming telephone calls from 8.00am Monday-Friday.
Far Lane Medical Centre
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm
Thursday 8.00am to 12.00pm – Doors will remain open on a Thursday till 3.00pm but telephones will be switched over to the GP collaborative from 12.00pm.
Trafalgar House Medical Centre
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8.00am to 6.00pm
8.00am to 12.00pm Thursday
8.00am to 12.00pm Friday
Trafalgar phones will be transferred to Far Lane on a Friday till 6.00pm.
We have access for disabled persons at both surgeries.
Hubs

NHS Walk-in Centre
The Sheffield GP-led walk-in centre is open between 8.00am and 10.00pm seven days a week. It is located on the corner of Broad Lane and Rockingham Street and there is a pay-and-display car park nearby.
